How do I begin my project with SRB Signature Kitchen & Bath?
Schedule an appointment with a designer to discuss your project and review our portfolio and services. We’ll be glad to answer your questions at that time. It’s helpful to bring your room dimensions in order to give our designer a better sense of the space and scope of the project.

Do you supply appliances?
Our designers can guide you in the selection of appliances that work best with your budget, space and lifestyle. We do not, however, supply appliances. We’d be pleased to refer you to qualified, reliable suppliers, if needed.
How long does the design process take?
It depends on numerous factors. If your project is planned for the immediate future, we certainly try to accommodate your timeline, however current vendor lead times and our existing schedule need to be factored in. After your initial meeting with a designer in our showroom, an estimated timeframe of your design process can be relayed based on the discussed scope of work or product needs.
How long does the actual project take?
It depends on your particular project. For a remodeling project of any size, you will be without a kitchen or bathroom for some period of time, so it is helpful to plan ahead. From start to finish, the typical project can, on average, take six to twelve weeks to complete depending on scope.
Do you provide a warranty on your installations?
Yes. SRB Signature Kitchen & Bath provides a one-year labor warranty on all installations. The products we use also include individual warranty. Be assured, years from now, as anything needs attention, we will be here to assist you.
Do you take credit or debit cards?
At this time SRB does not accept credit or debit cards and only accepts cash or check as a form of payment.
What do I do with my pet during the remodel?
SRB loves animals of all shapes and sizes. During a visit to the home, the particular needs or concerns of your furry (or scaley) family members throughout construction can be discussed.
Will you install materials not provided by your company?
Unfortunately, aside from appliances, we are unable to install and uphold warranty on materials or products not provided by SRB Signature kitchens and baths.
Does the $175 design fee get applied to the project cost?
The $175 design fee is for the time and resources our team puts in to providing you with a comprehensive project proposal and is not applied to the project cost.
Do you provide itemized pricing for products and services?
SRB uses lump sum contracts, where a single price is quoted for an entire project based on plans and specifications and covers the entire project, rather than individually itemizing each aspect of the project.
